How to Apply After applying your foundation, dab Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop Contour Concealer onto the face as needed to brighten and conceal imperfections. Use a makeup sponge to buff out the pigment-packed formula, and set your finished look in place with Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Mattifying Powder (a must-have for those with oily skin types) or Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Setting Powder. Pro Tip: Choose a second concealer that’s two to four shades darker than your skin tone, and use it to contour like a pro. Draw lines to sculpt your cheeks, jawline, and nose, then blend them out with a sponge.
