Blissible currently offers free shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $35.00. For international shipping charges please see our international shipping information below.

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 1 – 3 business days. If an item is back-ordered, you will receive notification via email within 24 business hours. Most orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday (excluding statutory holidays). Depending on stock quantities, some orders, including hair orders, may take 1-3 business days to ship after the weekend.

When can I expect my order?

Contiguous U.S. – 3 – 7 business days for ground delivery

Non-Contiguous U.S.: 15 – 20 business days for ground delivery

USPS Priority Mail usually take 1 – 3 business days depending on your location. (Contiguous States only)

Can I change my address after placing my order?

We accept address changes, providing your order has not shipped. Email our team members at sales@blissible.com or call 1.800.510.7507 with your order number. Subject line should read “Order Address Change”.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Call our team members at 1.800.510.7507 or email sales@blissible.com and we will cancel or modify your order if it has not left our warehouse. Subject line should read “Cancel My Order”.

I received a damaged item in my order?

Upon receiving your package, please inspect your shipping box and the items inside for damaged items. We ask that you contact us immediately or within 7 days of receiving their package to notify us of any issues.

The shipping box may have normal wear from the transit process, however, we do our best to package your order to avoid breakages along the way. If your order arrives damaged, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and original items on the order. Please reach out to Customer Service at 1.800.510.7507 or email sales@blissible.com so we can better assist your needs.

For our records and to speed up the process, we suggest taking an image of any damaged items. Email the image(s) to sales@blissible.com.

Do I have to pay International Duties and Fees?

All import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for all fees. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine fees and additional costs before placing your order.

I have an ingredient’s questions about a product?
