On clean, dry, oil/lotion-free skin, position the Silicone Inserts on your breast and hold into place for a few seconds as body heat will help keep Silicone Inserts in place. If your body naturally runs cool, lightly dampen wet the Silicone Inserts, place on the center of your breast and hold for 10 seconds. Use the contoured backing to place your Silicone Inserts back on and in the velvet pouch for storage and travel.
