For upper body:
Massage in a downward motion from the neck toward your chest.
Use sweeping motions from the middle of your chest out toward shoulder blades.

For lower body:
Start at the ankles and move stone upward, stopping at the knee.
Then massage from the knee to the top of the thigh.
Repeat behind the legs, from the calf to the glutes.
