How To Use
1. Shake well before use for maximum ink flow.
2. Sweep pen along the natural lash line.
3. Before the eyeliner dries completely, apply Moira lash strip band along the line and set the strip in place.
Tip: Close cap tightly after use to preserve long-time use.
