How To Use
Use a fluffy brush or powder puff to apply BLURR Loose Setting Powder to areas where you want a smooth, matte finish.
• To Set Makeup: Lightly dust powder over foundation and concealer to blur pores and lock your makeup in place.
• To Brighten Under Eyes: Apply the Pink or Yellow shade under the eyes to brighten and smooth the look of fine lines.
• To Bake: Press a generous amount of powder under the eyes or on the T-zone, let sit for a few minutes, then dust away excess for a lifted, soft-focus finish.
• To Control Shine: Apply the Translucent shade to the T-zone or oily areas for all-day oil control.
