How To Use:

1. Clean and dry eyelids.
2. Line eyes with Dual Glue Eyeliner, just like a regular eyeliner. Apply additional layers for greater hold.
3. Apply lashes immediately along eyeliner from corner to corner and press down to secure for 2-3 seconds to let the liner dry.

How To Remove:
1. Soak a cotton pad with an oil-based remover.
2. Place cotton pad on eyes and let soak for 30 seconds.
3. Gently wipe from inner to outer corner until eyeliner is removed.

Keep cap closed immediately after use as it can dry the product up if opened for 1-2 minutes. Avoid keeping this product in extremely cold or hot temperatures.
